Your First Exam

For the initial exam, your doctor will take time to listen carefully as you describe your health goals and any symptoms you may be experiencing. We may perform a few tests, and the doctor will complete an examination. Using all of this information, we will determine a diagnosis, make recommendations and create a healing plan specifically for you.

Pricing and Insurance

Cloud Peak Chiropractic & Wellness believes in giving our patients the best and also most cost-effective care possible. Turning to chiropractic care as your first choice for healing is a wise investment. Studies have found that chiropractic care costs less than traditional medical care when chiropractors are the first doctors visited. Researchers at Oakland University discovered that patients who received chiropractic care experienced significantly lower healthcare costs. Specifically, chiropractic patients saved approximately $1,000 each, over a two-year period. In many cases, patients with neck and back pain who choose chiropractic treatment will make faster improvements, in a more cost-effective way.

Our doctors will create a treatment plan that will help you accomplish your goals. Because each person’s needs are unique, we start with an initial examination, which is typically $67-73, depending on complexity. If x-rays are needed, we order these at our local hospital. Chiropractic adjustments are typically $65, and acupuncture or cupping treatments are also $65. We have additional options for healing and relaxation including our therapy tables and infrared sauna.

Insurance

We keep our costs affordable since so many people are paying out of pocket for their healthcare. If you have coverage through Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, or Allegiance, we will submit those claims for you as a courtesy. For any other company, we're happy to provide you with an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company with all of the information that they need.
