Sarah Radabaugh, D.C.
Worland & Thermopolis Clinics
Natural care with compassionate connection — that’s the heart of Cloud Peak Chiropractic, and it’s what drives Dr. Sarah Radabaugh’s deep commitment to every patient she serves.
Dr. Sarah’s journey into chiropractic care began early — she grew up watching her father, Dr. Bill Hayes, serve families through chiropractic in a way that combined science, skill, and heart. Inspired by the lasting results and the deep trust she saw between doctor and patient, she pursued her own path in healthcare. Dr. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology before graduating in 2007 as Valedictorian from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she also earned her Acupuncture Certification.
Today, Dr. Sarah is one of the few chiropractors in Wyoming specializing in prenatal and pediatric care — though she continues to care for patients of all ages. Whether it’s a colicky newborn, a weekend warrior with back pain, or a pregnant mom preparing for birth, Dr. Sarah provides personalized, gentle care for the whole family.
Her office may be filled with baby giggles and toddler toys, but the work she does is serious and deeply impactful. She helps infants with feeding difficulties, torticollis, reflux, and developmental concerns. She supports exhausted moms navigating the physical demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. And yes — she absolutely still treats adults with everything from chronic headaches to work-related tension, because nervous system health matters at every stage of life.
Her care is rooted in her core beliefs that listening is the most important skill a healthcare provider can possess, drugs and surgery should be a last resort, and hands-on, conservative, natural care can be profoundly powerful.
Dr. Sarah uses a wide range of techniques tailored to each patient’s age and condition, including Diversified, Drop, Activator, Webster, and CranioSacral Therapy. She is also certified in acupuncture and trained in kinesiotaping and soft tissue techniques — tools she frequently uses to support pregnant patients, children, and adults alike.

Bill Hayes, D.C.
Thermopolis Clinic
Dr. Bill Hayes brings over 35 years of experience, insight, and deep compassion to the art of natural health care.
Dr. Bill’s journey into chiropractic and holistic medicine started long before he ever set foot in a classroom. Under the mentorship of a close friend — an osteopathic physician at the Beechwold Natural Clinic in Columbus, Ohio — he began studying natural medicine and hands-on healing techniques that sparked a lifelong passion for helping people feel their best without unnecessary drugs or surgery.
He later earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees with honors from Logan College of Chiropractic. He is also a skilled and experienced acupuncturist, holding the title of Fellow through postgraduate studies with the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
Known for his calm, thoughtful approach, Dr. Bill specializes in chronic and complex conditions — the kinds of cases where people have often “tried everything” and are still searching for real relief. His ability to listen deeply, think holistically, and draw on decades of clinical experience makes him a trusted resource for patients looking for answers that go beyond the surface.
Dr. Bill sees patients in our Thermopolis office, where he provides gentle, effective care that blends chiropractic, acupuncture, and lifestyle guidance. His toolbox is wide, his knowledge deep, and his heart fully in the game — whether he’s helping someone manage long-term pain, improve their energy, or just feel more like themselves again.
He’s the kind of doctor who doesn’t just treat symptoms — he treats people.
Nathan Miller, D.C.
Worland & Thermopolis Clinics
Dr. Nathan Miller combines clinical excellence with small-town heart — and he’s proud to serve the Worland community he now calls home.
A graduate of Texas Chiropractic College, Dr. Nathan earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with honors, graduating as class salutatorian in 2019. While at TCC, he served on student council and as a student ambassador — a reflection of his lifelong commitment to serving others and building strong communities.
Dr. Nathan grew up in a small town in Utah, so practicing in a place like Worland just feels right. He and his wife are raising four wonderful kids here and genuinely enjoy being part of a tight-knit, family-focused community. When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find him out exploring the region with his crew or working on some kind of project at home.
In the office, Dr. Nathan is known for his thoughtful care, his easygoing nature, and his belief that healing should be both personal and practical. Whether it’s a parent struggling with chronic pain, a teenager recovering from sports injuries, or a farmer who needs to keep moving, Dr. Nathan takes the time to listen, assess, and tailor a plan that fits.
His clinical toolbox includes Diversified, Drop, Cox Traction/Distraction, and Activator techniques. He’s also trained in acupuncture, kinesiotaping, cupping, and soft tissue therapies — tools that help him support a wide variety of patients, including active adults, growing kids, and weekend warriors.
What fuels his work most is personal experience. Dr. Nathan doesn’t just believe in chiropractic because of what he’s seen in the clinic — he believes in it because of what it’s done for him and his own family. That firsthand transformation is what drives his deep respect for the profession, and his gratitude to share it with others.
Approachable, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in this community — Dr. Nathan is here to help you feel better, move better, and get back to what matters most.
